Jesta Group acquires Fox Mobile Group from News Corporation

Fox Mobile Group, which includes the Jamba, Jamster, Mobizzo, iLove and Bitbop brands, has been acquired from News Corporation by Jesta Group. FMG will be renamed and will become a part of Jesta Mobile Holdings.

Jesta Group has interests in a diverse range of business sectors, including property, hospitality, manufacturing, technology and aviation.
