The Carphone Warehouse has introduced a Network Price Promise that guarantees to match any deals available from the UK’s major mobile networks. It applies to new connections and upgrades for prepay and ‘pay monthly’ contracts.
The promise excludes promotional offers such as free gifts and also isn’t available on ‘virtual networks’ (with the exception of Virgin Mobile pay as you go deals). Customers can either provide proof before buying from the Carphone Warehouse or can claim within 14 days of purchase.
