Three UK temporarily stops consumer upgrades via dealers

Three UK has suspended its distributors and dealers from performing consumer upgrades. It says it’s reviewing its upgrade practice because of concerns about the quality of service.

Upgrades in Three stores and the business-to-business channel aren’t affected. Dealers haven’t yet been told when upgrades will be permitted again.
