Sony has added two new models to its Xperia Android smartphone range.
The Xperia Z1s is a variant of the flagship Z1, with a 5-inch display and the same 20.7 megapixel camera sensor but new social camera applications and increased water resistance. It’s also preloaded with the new Sony PlayStation App.
Sony’s Xperia Z1 Compact is described as bringing “all the features and technology of the Z1 into a convenient palm size”.
In addition, Sony has announced plans for a range of ‘SmartWear’ products, starting with the life-logging and health-monitoring SmartBand.
