Telefónica Digital and Dell have signed an agreement to provide new Windows 7 and Windows 8 devices with built-in SIM cards. It means that customers buying a Dell tablet or notebook computer will be able to set up an O2 ‘pay as you go’ data service immediately.

The new service, called Dell NetReady, will be available across Europe on devices that have a preinstalled O2 machine-to-machine SIM. A choice of pay as you go tariffs will be available, with a 1GB per month deal currently priced at £16.99+VAT.
