The Dixons Carphone Group, formed last summer when Dixons Retail and Carphone Warehouse merged, says it’ll launch a virtual mobile network this spring in partnership with Three UK. The MVNO deal promises “innovative and highly personalised connectivity options”, according to the company.

In a separate announcement, Dixons Carphone confirmed that it’s agreed a “multi-year partnership” with EE. It had signed long-term deals with Vodafone and O2 at the end of 2014, making Three the only network it doesn’t have a reseller agreement with.

Carphone Warehouse already operates a virtual network - Talkmobile - in partnership with Vodafone.
