Two months ago, Apple filed a lawsuit against HTC. Now HTC has taken legal action against Apple. It's filed a complaint with the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) to halt the import and sale of the iPhone, iPad and iPod in the United States, outlining five HTC patents it says are infringed by Apple products.

Klausner Technologies has filed a lawsuit against HTC, claiming that HTC has infringed its Visual Voicemail patents.
The company owns 25 Visual Voicemail patents in the US, Canada, Europe, Taiwan, Korea and Japan.
