We've seen Microsoft's KIN One. We've seen the Motorola FLIPOUT. And now Nokia has joined the 'square phone' design trend.
The new Nokia X5 – technically the X5-01 – is a music-focussed mobile phone with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. It has a 5 megapixel camera, an expandable memory and an anticipated SIM-free price of 165 Euro. No word about a UK or European release date yet; it's planned for Indonesia in Q3 2010.
