Acer says the first two smartphones of its 2013 line-up will be showcased at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
The Acer Liquid E1, which first appeared last month, will be on display alongside the Liquid Z2. Both Android handsets will initially be available in France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Ukraine followed by Russia, the UK and Italy.
With its 4.5-inch display and dual-speaker DTS Sound system, the Liquid E1 is targeted at multimedia use. It’s equipped with a dual-core 1GHz processor and will also be offered in some markets as a dual-SIM version.
The Liquid Z2 is an entry-level device with a 1GHz processor and will also have a dual-SIM option.
