Companies in five countries have set up an organisation to promote and support mobile TV services using the Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) standard. The new International DMB Advancement Group has members from Netherlands, Norway, Great Britain, Malta and Italy. Mobile TV services using DMB have already been launched in Norway, with the Netherlands and Malta due to follow later this year.
