It comes less than two months after the companies entered into exclusive negotiations with each other.

The Dixons Carphone Group, formed last summer when Dixons Retail and Carphone Warehouse merged, says it’ll launch a virtual mobile network this spring in partnership with Three UK.

The MVNO deal promises “innovative and highly personalised connectivity options”, according to the company.
