Good Technology and LG Electronics have signed a licensing agreement that'll see Good Technology's Good for You mobile email, social networking and online storage service pre-installed on a number of LG mobile phones, including the GW520, GW550, GW620, GD510, GM730 and GM750.
Brian A Bogosian, chairman, CEO and president of Good, said "Today mobile device makers realize that a vertically integrated set of services on a robust platform is a requirement to go along with an attractive form factor in providing complete value to end users".

At a press conference in Barcelona on the eve of 2010's Mobile World Congress, Sony Ericsson has announced three new mobile phones.
It's confirmed the Symbian-powered Vivaz for Q1 2010 and has revealed the Vivaz Pro, with the same 8.1-megapixel camera and HD video recording but adding a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. The Vivaz Pro is due this summer.

Orange says it'll be launching mobile high-definition voice services in France, Luxembourg and Spain later this year. It follows the launch of HD voice in Moldova in September 2009, followed by a December announcement that the service was coming to the UK. A three-month customer trial of Orange HD voice services will run from Spring in the UK.
HD Voice uses the Adaptive Multi-Rate Wideband speech codec, which provides a speech bandwidth of 50-7000 Hz compared to conventional mobiles with a speech codec of 300-3400 Hz.
