Ofcom customer service research shows mobile operators are better than fixed-line networks

Ofcom has published new research that looks at customer service satisfaction with the UK's largest landline, broadband, mobile and pay TV providers.

Thousands of consumers were interviewed in February as part of Ofcom's research and were asked to rate their customer service experience if they'd recently contacted their provider.

As well as continuing the downward pricing trend for a few more years, Neelie Kroes also wants wholesale interconnection at capped rates and the option of a separate 'roaming contract' when you travel abroad.

Three UK partners with Nokia for Ovi application store

Earlier this week Vodafone launched an own-brand content channel on Google's Android Market.

Now comes news that Three and Nokia have announced a deal for the Ovi application store.
