HTC has issued a statement following a judgement at the US International Trade Commission concerning its legal case with Apple.
In March 2010, Apple said HTC had infringed on ten of its patents; a judge has now ruled that HTC infringed on two patents.

HTC Corporation has promoted Jason Mackenzie to the newly-created position of president for global sales and marketing. He'll continue in his current role as president of HTC North America and Latin America until a replacement is announced.
Mr Mackenzie will report directly to CEO Peter Chou.

Processor company VIA Technologies has agreed to sell its share in S3 Graphics to HTC Corporation.
HTC is paying $300 million for the deal; VIA will receive $147 million and WTI Investment International will receive $153 million.

Back in February, LG announced its Optimus 3D smartphone - and more recently it's confirmed July for a UK launch.
Now HTC has said its 3D handset is also coming to the UK this summer.
