T-Mobile and Orange are working together in the UK through Everything Everywhere… and now the parent companies are looking to cooperate elsewhere.
Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom-Orange have arranged talks to discuss the possibility of working together in the following areas:

Orange is negotiating with online video site Dailymotion about acquiring a 49% stake for 58.8 million Euro. The French telecoms giant would then have the option to increase its capital to 100% from 2013.
Dailymotion, which is based in Paris, is the world’s largest online video site after YouTube.

France Telecom has unveiled a new tagline for the Orange Group that'll be rolled out worldwide in line with local events and launches, starting today in France.
The French version is "la vie change avec Orange" (which translates as Life changes with Orange), while the English version is "today changes with Orange".

Telecoms giant Orange Group has released quarterly results showing worldwide customer numbers up 5.1% to 203.4 million. The number of mobile customers was up 8% to 144.5 million, largely driven by growth in Africa and the Middle East.
