Online retailer Expansys plc, which has entrepreneur Peter Jones CBE as a significant shareholder and non-executive Deputy Chairman, says its annual results are likely to be below expectations.
Last year the company acquired Data Select Network Solutions & PJ Media; earlier this year it relaunched its website.

Mobile News reports that network infrastructure firm Arqiva has won a High Court action against Everything Everywhere.
It says the Technology and Construction Court has ruled Everything Everywhere's attempt to combine the Orange and T-Mobile UK networks breaches contracts with Arqiva. Everything Everywhere is said to be appealing against the judgement.

Sony Ericsson is demonstrating its commitment to the PlayStation-certified Xperia Play smartphone by announcing more than 20 new games for the device, including 10 exclusive titles. All are optimised for the Xperia Play and will join the current list of more than 60 titles.
It also says additional games from Sony Computer Entertainment's collection of classic PlayStation 1 titles will be coming to Xperia Play soon.
