UK 4G network operator EE (formerly Everything Everywhere) is reported to be closing 11% of its retail stores within the next few months, according to a report in Mobile News.
78 of the company’s 700 outlets are expected to shut before the end of April.

Financial institutions representing 90% of all current accounts in the UK have committed to launching a new mobile payment service in spring next year.
Customers will be able to make payments by quoting the recipient’s mobile phone number instead of their bank sort code and account number.
