Mobile termination rates are hitting the headlines: first the EC, then Ofcom - and now BT and 3 are weighing in with their Terminate the Rate campaign. They’re calling for a cut in inter-network charges, which are much higher for mobile calls than they are for fixed-line calls. Cynics might suggest that the EU's proposals mean it's going to happen anyway...
