In this week's edition of The Fonecast he talks about the recent drop in UK dealer numbers – estimated by some to be a 30% reduction in the last 12 months – and says Ofcom has told him it'll intervene if competition is affected by the expansion of network shops and a reduction in the UK's dealer base. He reckons Ofcom would need to take action if the current trend continues for another twelve months.
