The California Institute of Technology says Nokia, LG Electronics, STMicroelectronics and Toshiba are among a number of companies that have infringed its patents. Its legal complaint lists nine patents related to camera technology.

Windows Phone 7 has only been available for a few weeks and already there’s an unlocking solution available. ChevronWP7 isn’t a ‘network’ unlock but enables WP7 users to ‘sideload’ applications that aren’t available from the Windows Mobile Marketplace.
