Apple and Nokia’s legal battle has taken another turn this week.
Apple is challenging one of Nokia’s patents from Nokia’s September 2010 complaint, arguing that the Nokia patent isn’t valid.

The GSMA has announced the nominees for the 16th Annual Global Mobile Awards. The winners will be announced at the GSMA Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on 15th February 2011.

Apple CEO Steve Jobs has sent an email to all his employees, explaining that he's asked for a period of leave in order to deal with health issues.
He's previously undergone treatment for pancreatic cancer and had a liver transplant in 2009.

Mobile operator Three UK has been talking about the ways its Apple iPad customers used their new tablet technology over the festive period.
It says the top applications downloaded were Maps, then Skype, the Angry Birds game, eBay, Google apps (including YouTube) and Sky Sports News.
