ExclusiveApple makes patent infringement claim against HTC

Apple has filed a lawsuit against HTC, claiming that HTC has infringed a number of Apple patents related to the iPhone's user interface, underlying architecture and hardware.

The lawsuit has been filed with the US District Court in Delaware and also with the US International Trade Commission, which has the power to block imports of HTC devices if it rules in Apple's favour.

ExclusiveNokia reveals the C5 smartphone… and a new naming scheme

Nokia has revealed the Nokia C5, which is a compact one-piece mobile phone that's expected to start selling for around 135 Euro SIM-free this summer. It runs the Nokia S60 3rd edition operating system.

The Nokia C5 includes Nokia's free Ovi Maps application along with a contacts list that integrates Facebook status updates. It's equipped with a 3.2 megapixel camera and is supplied with a 2GB memory card.
