Skyfire launches Flash-friendly web browser for Apple iPhone

Browser company Skyfire has launched the first mobile browser for the Apple iPhone that offers access to videos designed for the Adobe Flash Player. It converts the videos into the H.264 video codec, which – unlike Adobe Flash – is supported by the iPhone and iPod touch.

T-Mobile launches its own mobile WiFi device

Hot on the heels of Orange’s Mobile WiFi device arriving in the UK, its partner T-Mobile has launched its own mobile WiFi product. It’s called the T-Mobile Wireless Pointer and is free on a two-year £15 per month contract.

Facebook reveals new mobile features

It’s been a big week for Facebook announcements. Yesterday, games publisher Electronic Arts revealed a partnership deal that’ll see it using Facebook’s virtual online currency for the next five years.

And today, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg hosted a special 'Mobile Event' that revealed a number of new features for mobile users.

Orange UK joins the Mobile WiFi crowd

Orange is the latest network to start offering a Mobile WiFi product. It's offering a branded version of the Novatel Wireless MiFi 3352; a new device with support for applications that can be viewed from any connected laptop or tablet.
