Everything Everywhere is potentially £4 million out of pocket after losing a lengthy legal battle in the European Court of Justice today.
The case, which was originally brought by T-Mobile, involves the additional £3 charge made when customers don’t pay their bills directly from their bank account.

Orange and T-Mobile have both announced subsidised pricing for the Apple iPad when bought with a two-year ‘pay monthly’ contract. The devices are expected to go on sale in the next week or two.

Everything Everywhere has confirmed that six dual-branded Orange and T-Mobile stores will be opening this week as part of a trial scheme. The stores are located in Tooting, Palmers Green, Hertford, Bridgend, Weston super Mare and Dorchester.

Mobile Broadband Network Limited, the 50/50 joint venture set up by Three UK and T-Mobile almost three years ago, has now delivered more than 12,000 shared 3G sites across the UK for the two networks. Each of these 3G sites is fully-configured for high-speed mobile broadband access.
