Users of the BOLT mobile browser now have access to GetJar’s entire library of over 70,000 free mobile applications via a GetJar branded link on the 'favourites' page.
It's the result of a deal between BOLT's developer Bitstream Inc and GetJar, the world's second-largest app store.

The business division of Three UK has signed a deal with The Prince’s Trust charity that'll offer thousands of young entrepreneurs a reduced rate on their mobile phone bills. Three Business has created a 24-month package with a line rental discount and a free 2GB data allowance. It's available for all young entrepreneurs who have received start-up business support from The Prince’s Trust.

O2 UK is now offering Research In Motion’s BlackBerry smartphones on a Pay & Go prepaid tariff. The company's Pay & Go deal for BlackBerry smartphones offers customers inclusive BlackBerry Messenger usage and 500MB of monthly data when they top-up with a minimum of £15 per month.

The Symbian Foundation says over 27 million devices were shipped with the Symbian OS during the second quarter of 2010. That's almost 300,000 per day or 207 per minute. The figures were calculated by research company Canalys.

Sharp Corporation says it'll launch its 3D-capable smartphone later this year – and you won't need special 3D glasses to see the display. The phone is also likely to incorporate a 3D-compatible camera.
