Watch out for the international sales of low-price mobile phones next year. That’s the message from Pyramid Research.

ABI Research says over 11% of mobile devices sold will offer 3D technology by 2015. That’s a combination of smartphones, notebooks, mobile internet devices and portable game players.

The Mobile Marketing Association has launched an initiative to develop a “comprehensive set of mobile privacy guidelines” that’ll be available alongside the trade organisation’s Global Code of Conduct. It says there’s a growing need for marketers and consumers to have a transparent, accepted understanding as to how information is collected and used for mobile marketing.
