Back in February, LG announced its Optimus 3D smartphone - and more recently it's confirmed July for a UK launch.
Now HTC has said its 3D handset is also coming to the UK this summer.

Last week UK regulator Ofcom announced that mobile phone operators were now allowed to trade spectrum. Robin Kent, director of operations at Adax Europe, has published an open letter in response:
Following Ofcom's announcement to allow phone operators to trade spectrum in a move intended to increase mobile network capacity, it seems that the whole industry is solely focused on this to resolve the strain on the network.

HTC Corporation has officially opened its new European and UK headquarters in Slough today. The building will house senior management, the sales & marketing teams and the engineering teams for HTC EMEA and HTC UK.
The new HTC facility covers 6,500 square metres and was formerly the UK headquarters of O2.

David Ross, who helped Charles Dunstone co-found The Carphone Warehouse, has just sold 4.4 million of his shares.
That represented around 7% of his total shareholding, netting him in the region of £17 million and leaving him with over 58 million shares (just under 13% of the company).

Mobile operators must make the most of mobile social networking by offering innovative devices, tariffs and services. That's the message from Pyramid Research, which has just published a report called The Peril and Promise of Mobile Social Networks for Operators.
It says communications patterns and mobile devices are both being influenced by social networking.
