EE has announced a series of exceptionally large mobile data bundles for businesses including broadcasters and other media organisations.

It’s created a series of 4G data tariffs that can be shared and have no fixed-term contract or expiry date, with bundle sizes from 50 terabytes to 1 petabyte (1 million GB).

Mobile technology company Qualcomm Incorporated, which leads the market for smartphone processors, has announced a record year in its financial results.

The full-year figures show revenue up 30% from last year to $24.87 billion (£15.6 billion), while net income was up 12% to $6.85 billion.

Smart card specialist Oberthur Technologies has announced a new product called MultiSIM, which uses a single card to deliver the standard mini-SIM, micro-SIM and nano-SIM designs.

It has a detachable body enabling the card to maintain a ‘thin’ nano-SIM form factor that’s compliant with ETSI standards while remaining thicker for the other two formats.
