UK customers with 'pay as you go' mobile phones spend an average of 13 days a year browsing retail sites on their mobile devices. The figure comes from a new survey commissioned by mobile marketing provider Velti.
It means that prepay mobile users are spending over a third longer browsing mobile retail sites than their 'pay monthly' counterparts.

Machine-to-machine communications specialist Wireless Logic has been sold by Peter Jones CBE.
The deal, worth £35 million, involves private equity firm ECI Partners and the Wireless Logic management team.

Research In Motion has announced a free online service called BlackBerry Management Center.
It's designed for businesses with up to 100 BlackBerry smartphones. The business owner can automatically back-up information, remotely lock the handset, search for lost devices and remotely wipe content.
