An appeal court in the Netherlands has dismissed Apple’s claim that Samsung tablet devices should be banned.
Last year a Dutch court ruled that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 didn’t infringe Apple’s iPad design, although it did rule in favour of an Apple software patent.
