Affiliates can then be rewarded by being paid per acquisition, per lead or per installation.

Facebook has published its financial results for the third quarter of 2012, reporting a 32% increase in revenue to $1.262 billion (£782 million) but a quarterly loss of $59 million.
Revenue from advertising was $1.09 billion, a 36% increase from the same quarter last year.
