Information and communications technology business Huawei has reported its full-year results for the 2011 financial year.
Revenue was up 11.7% to CNY 203.9 billion, while net profits were down year-on-year to CNY 11.6 billion.

Vodafone Europe B.V. and Cable & Wireless Worldwide plc have reached an agreement that’ll see Vodafone acquiring CWW.
The deal values CWW at just over £1 billion.

Microsoft Corp. has announced quarterly revenue of $17.41 billion (£10.8 billion) for the period that ended 31st March 2012, which is a 6% increase year-on-year.
Operating income was $6.37 billion, up 12% from the same quarter in 2011. Net income was down slightly to $5.11 billion.
